For 16oz. of Golden Sweet Corn: place vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in 2-quart size microwaveable dish. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes at high power. Stir once halfway through the cooking cycle. Drain excess liquid, season to taste and serve. However if softer texture is desired, increase cooking time slightly.
Stove top cooking directions:
Place Golden Sweet Corn and water (3/4 cup per pound) in sauce pan. Cover and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain; season to taste.
For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions and heat to a temperature of 160°F. Refrigerate leftovers promptly. Keep frozen until ready to use.
